Mr. Dennis C. Rieske AIA was the nonprofit developer, agent and architect for the 82-bed skilled nursing addition and renovation of the existing 24-bed Stone Institute in Newton Upper Falls into assisted-living housing. Dennis C. Rieske obtained the necessary financing for the Stone Institute through the sale of $6.2 million dollars of tax-exempt MIFA bonds. Nonprofit clients include the Stone Institute, Andover-Newton Theological School, Jewish Vocational Services, Barry Price Rehabilitation Center, Boston Senior Home Care, Charles River Association for Retarded Citizens, South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation, Boston Society of Architects, and Newton Highlands Congregational Church.
