Developmental Resources has converted a number of historic mills into office and retail space with over 700,000 square feet of tenant space planning. Three mill conversions obtained historic tax credits from the MA Historical Commission and the US Department of Interiors. Our retail/office projects include 200 High Street, 75 Arlington Street and Exeter Street Theater in Boston, Henderson Carriage Building, 139 Main Street and 26 Landsdown Street in Cambridge, Stetson Place in Weymouth, and Mill Village in Sudbury. Developmental Resources has provided retail design services to Laura Ashley at 75 Arlington Street and Conran’s at Exeter Street Theater in Boston.
